Thermal Paste spread - found pic of when I was assembling gpu, I did spread more paste to that bottom corner, but would this be causing my 30 degree delta between gpu

I'm having an extreme pump-out issue with my RX 6950 XT Red Devil. Thermal paste lasts 1-2 weeks and then Edge temperature gets very hot. This was the result with Thermalright TFX
